Oxvar Niph was a male Devaronian who lived during the time of the Clone Wars, working as a starport offical in the city Tolea Biqua, on the planet Genarius. He was secretly in the pay of a smuggler gang led by the fallen Jedi Zelice Sturm, and the Heroes of Cularin broke into Niph's office to search for clues during an investigation to track down Sturm. However, Niph was alerted to the break in, and he attacked the heroes.
