P'hiili were aquatic creatures from the original Yuuzhan'tar and later transplanted to the Vongformed Yuuzhan'tar by the Yuuzhan Vong. They made sharp crying noises.

It is unknown what became of the p'hiili after the war ended; though it can be assumed they were transplanted to Zonama Sekot where they would have joined the tampasi.
