P-60, and its superior, P-59, were the two droidekas summoned by Trade Federation Nute Gunray to keep Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi from penetrating the bridge of the Saak'ak. The droidekas ended up forcing the pair of Jedi Knights to escape into a vent as a result of their firepower.
