PSAS-5128 was a sub-adult school located in the northern area of the Jrade District of Coruscant. Its principal was Havidald Guffin.

In 22 BBY, there was a minor local uproar when two Level Six students were found with death sticks. Afterwards, the school instituted mandatory body and locker searches.
