Pallas Quintell was a Rebel agent working on the planet Kallistas during the times of the Empire.

A former gunner for pirate captain Jondrell Inx, Quintell decided to leave Inx's crew and join the Rebel Alliance due to the depth of his beliefs. Although Inx did not share his objectives, they remained in good terms, both of them working in the area of Kallistas.

Around 1 ABY, Quintell was active on Kallistas, which made him unpopular to Imperial prefect Dengless Rinn. Rinn posted a reward for Quintell's head, which was obtained (after a four-week search) by novice bounty hunters Sirenas Firil and Chandrex Grenn.

After Quintell's capture, Inx occupied his base, with Quintell knowing it.
