Panna was a planet in the Outer Rim's Tion Cluster, orbited by Panna Prime and at least two other moons.^[2] It was one of the many planets conquered by the pirate chieftain Xer VIII and integrated into his Empire. The dish Panna cakes was named after this planet.^[3]

Luke Skywalker first encountered Boba Fett on the planet's moon Panna Prime while returning a mystical artifact.^[2]
