This Pantoran Assembly Representative was a member of the Pantoran Assembly, the governing body of Pantora. He and the rest of the assembly had the right to over-rule the Chairman if they wished to. When word reached the assembly that Orto Plutonia had a native population of Talz, and that Chairman Chi Cho had declared war on them to wipe them out, the assembly voted him out of order. He approved the proposal by Senator Riyo Chuchi to make peace with the Talz inhabitants of Orto Plutonia and declare their sovereignty over the frozen planet.
