Pat Carr (also known as "Patricia Carr") was a Production Co-Ordinator (screen credited as "Production Assistant") for Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, and subsequently worked as Assistant Production Manager on Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back & Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. She also worked in various capacities on all three films in the original Indiana Jones trilogy.
