Uviuy Exen joined the Galactic Republic early in its history, sometime between 25,000 BBY and 22,000 BBY.^[2]

It was also the home of several species of fish, some of which were displayed in an aquarium in the lobby of a Galactic Alliance Security blockhouse on Coruscant in 43 ABY.
