Pearce Naturian was a doctor in Polis Massa's medical facility and reportedly an old friend of the Jedi Master Yoda. He remained loyal to the Galactic Republic. Several months after Padmé Amidala gave birth to her children, Obi-Wan Kenobi (who was also present at the twins' birth) returned to the facility and met with Naturian to make sure that their secret was safe from the Imperial Inquisitors Malorum and Sancor, who were trying to get evidence of Amidala's death for Darth Vader.
