Perek was a male cyborg of unknown species who established himself as an attempted warlord following the Battle of Endor. Obsessed with creating art, he hoped to use advanced cybernetics to overthrow both the Imperial Remnant and New Republic, creating an "Empire of art." He was killed by Luke Skywalker, who strangled him with the cybernetic hand Perek tried to take over.
