The Perma was the name for a ring of buildings on the planet Elrood. The buildings in this arc were those that had a permanent place surrounding the Daya, a grand plaza in the center of the profitable Elrood Bazaar. Businesses which were able to keep their building in the Perma were able to receive more business. Transsector Lines Limited and maintained a presence in the Perma even though their corporate headquarters were located in the city of Dinbar. The Professiona Artists Guild also had a place in the Perma from where their art could be seen.
