Persha, a female Fian, was the Primate of Galantos. She was aided by Assistant Primate Thrum.

When Han and Leia Organa Solo, accompanied by C-3PO and Tahiri Veila, visited Galantos, they were welcomed by Primate Persha on behalf of Chief Councilor Jobath Knox, before she handed them off to Thrum.
