Ph'Olla was a Bith Senator in the Galactic Alliance who along with Nab H'aas overheard Mara Jade Skywalker threaten the life of Darth Caedus and accusing him of being a Sith. Neither of them knew what that was. After the incident, both Ph'Olla and H'aas logged a report about the threat with Lon Shevu of the Galactic Alliance Guard.
