Phrikite was the source ore for the metal phrik. Its primary source was Gromas 16.

According to a mission in the video-game Star Wars: DroidWorks from Lucas Learning, phrik deposits are also found on Tatooine. The player visits a phrik mine and extracts some of the metal to keep their facility running.
