Pichaff was a Colonel in the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances who was the Rapid Deployment Commander for the attack on the Fondor Shipyards. Pichaff didn't believe Darth Caedus' plan to attack Fondor was sound and questioned his sanity. The deployment team wasn't able to deploy on the Shipyards as the Fondorians had been previously warned by Luke Skywalker.
