The Besalisk Dexter Jettster served a lettuce variety called pink lettuce in his restaurant on the planet of Coruscant before^[1] the establishment, Dex's Diner, was destroyed in 19 BBY.^[2] The lettuce was an ingredient in Jettster's Zeltros slider, a dish inspired by time he had spent on the eponymous planet.^[1]

Pink lettuce was mentioned in a Star Wars Hyperspace-exclusive release, Dining at Dex's, which was written by Gregory Walker. The article showed an in-universe menu of Dex's Diner.
