Pirt Neer was a Jedi Padawan during the Clone Wars, contemporary with Tallisibeth Enwandung-Esterhazy. She reached the Round of Eight in the Jedi Temple Apprentice Tournament in which she engaged Enver Hoxha in a lightsaber duel and defeated him, only to yeild when placed in an arm bar by Lena Missa.
