Plo Koon's lightsaber was the lightsaber constructed and used by the Kel Dor Jedi Master Plo Koon during the decades leading up to his death in 19 BBY.
History
When Mace Windu called out for all available Jedi to accompany him to Geonosis to help Obi-Wan Kenobi and his Padawan Anakin Skywalker in 22 BBY, Koon and a strike team of fellow Jedi travelled to Geonosis and wielded it against the Separatist Droid Army.
Koon continued to wield it as he became a Jedi General during the Clone Wars, until his death during Order 66 in the skies of Cato Neimoidia. He wielded the weapon on numerous fronts ranging from the orbit of Anza, Florrum, Felucia, Coruscant and Khorm.
Behind the scenes
Apart from the blue grooves, the lightsaber is the same as the one carried by Mace Windu in The Phantom Menace.
