- "This is very impressive, Senator Nudo, but let us see what results all this yields."
- ―Count Dooku, on Skytop Station
Po Nudo was the Ualaq Aqualish Senator of the planet Ando in the Galactic Republic from at least 33 BBY to 23 BBY. He would join Confederacy of Independent Systems, and be a member of the Separatist Council by representing the Hyper-Communications Cartel, until the end of the Clone Wars in 19 BBY. He was assisted by two aides, one of which was a Shi'ido changeling in disguise, during his time in the Republic and the CIS.

Biography
Edit
- "Most honored Count, Skytop Station is fully active! Only my contacts in the communications cartel could make such a marvel possible. We can intercept and analyze countless HoloNet transmissions. We are the ultimate listening post for this entire quadrant."
- ―Po Nudo to Count Dooku

Po Nudo was a Senator in the Galactic Senate for Ando during the last term of Supreme Chancellor Valorum. In 33 BBY, Chancellor Valorum proposed the taxation of the until then free trade zones. Senator Palpatine of Naboo then suggested that a part of the collected money could be invested in the growth of planetary systems in the affected areas. While senators of that region supported the idea, Nudo and other delegates (including Toonbuck Toora and Wat Tambor) were openly opposed to it.[1]
Soon afterward, Valorum was replaced with Palpatine. During this time, Nudo became disillusioned with the Republic and, with the feelings of his people in mind, seceded the Ando from the Republic and joined the Separatists. During a secret meeting on Geonosis which Po Nudo attended, he pledged his people's allegiance and confidence to Count Dooku and his Separatist movement in 22 BBY.
During the Clone Wars, he was awarded the position of the chairperson of the Hyper-Communications Cartel—the Confederate equivalent of the Republic's HoloNet—that used secret InterGalactic Banking Clan codes. He was awarded this position by Foreman Wat Tambor of the Techno Union and Chairman San Hill of the InterGalactic Banking Clan, for bringing the resource-rich world of Ando into the Confederacy.

He was also responsible for the building of Skytop Station and showed the station to Dooku and Asajj Ventress. Unfortunately the station was destroyed later by Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, Captain Rex, Denal and four other clone troopers.
He was present on Utapau along with the rest of the Separatist Council at the end of the war and was later relocated to volcanic Mustafar by General Grievous, who was following Darth Sidious's orders. He was later killed by Darth Vader, along with the rest of the council, on the volcanic world. He was cut on the back but survived this attack due to his protective breastplate. He didn't last long after this, however, as Vader soon realized his mistake and slashed Nudo under his arm and then on the side of his skull, killing him.
