Poe was a protocol droid owned by Grand Duke Gror Pernon. He acted as the Rogue Squadrons diplomatic liaison to the people of Eiattu.

He later served on Elshandruu Pica as a valet in a resort, where his past connection to Rogue Squadron helped Wedge Antilles get close to Sair Yonka and convince him to defect.
