Polvin Kut was a Jedi Knight who lived nearly three centuries before the Battle of Yavin.

Kut perished when he and his Padawan, future Jedi Master Yaddle, were ambushed in the Koba system when attempting to end the threat of local Advozse warlord, Tulak.He had been pursuing Tulak the villian who had murdered his family,for decades. Revenge clouded his mind and his reactions causing his death.
