Pothos Fine was a male individual who once came into possession of the Nova Crystal. Because of this, Gordunga sent a group of thugs led by Falcon to kill him and retrieve the crystal. Though they did manage to kill Pothos a group of passengers from a ship which had just landed on Platform 11-33-D who tried to save him were instead rewarded with the crystal.
