Proliferan Empire

The Proliferan Empire was the ruling government of the Proliferan race. During the Galactic Civil War it was ruled by Queen Yentuki. They sent some scouts out to discover and evaluate other empires close to them. One such spy was Red who was evaluating the Rebel Alliance until they found out and imprisoned him for being a spy.
