In that three-page roleplaying style scenario, the player assumed the identity of a Jedi tasked with protecting Senator Ister Paddie from an IG-88 assassin droid.
Behind the scenes
The fact that a Jedi still works with the Galactic Senate places the events of "Protect the Senator" before the Jedi Purge, which occurred at the end of the Clone Wars. However, The New Essential Guide to Droids established that IG-88 assassin droids were only created after the Clone Wars.
