With a range of fifty-five meters and a capacity of five slugs, the Protector was a reliable weapon, though, was crude and unrefined like most tasari slugthrowers.[1] Because of the low level of technology of Tasariq, the Protector lagged behind the galactic standard of most "modern" slugthrowers and lacked the punch of comparable slugthrowers.
