Captain Prue was a member of the military of Aquilae. He was an older man, with an academic bearing. He reported to Montross and General Luke Skywalker that the Imperial force of Stardestroyers apparently moving toward Anchorhead were in the completely wrong direction to be threatening the Aquilaean system.
Nonetheless, Skywalker ordered the Aquilaean forces put on high alert. Prue later believed that the space fortress was too huge to be an artificial body. When it vanishes for a time, Prue reported on this to the General. He later suggested that the Empire was jamming their communications to King Kayos as the royal convoy traveled to Amsel.
He was presumably killed when the Underground Fortress was destroyed by nuclear bombs set off by the Aquilaeans to prevent an Imperial capture of their precious biological science.
