Pulsipher's laboratory was a room located near the apex of the Ice Citadel war forge that served as a scientific repository and area of experimentation for Mandalorian Neo-Crusader, Pulsipher, on the planet Jebble. After bonding with the Muur Talisman aboard the Mar'eyce, en route to Jebble from Taris, Pulsipher was taken to his laboratory to rest once the ship had landed. It was here that the scientist discovered that he had the power to control rakghouls—the mindless mutants created by the Talisman.
