Puullo was a soft-spoken Hutt who worked for Shettora during the Galactic Civil War, operating out of the world of Brentaal IV. Puullo's gentle demeanor helped him to enlarge his empire; however, despite his attitude, Puullo could be ruthless when the occasion warranted.
