Qibbu was a Hutt and owned Qibbu's Hut, a shady cantina/hotel in Coruscant's Entertainment district. Before the Clone Wars, the entrepreneur owed Kal Skirata half a million credits. After Skirata became involved in the GAR he waived the debt. In exchange, Qibbu provided the use of the top floor of his business as a base of operations, and free meals to the Mandalorian. Qibbu had ties to the criminal element of Coruscant.
