One of two quad cannons on the Millennium Falcon
A quad laser cannon was a type of quick-firing weaponry that could be mounted on starships and was operated from inside a turret.[1] It consisted of four laser cannons that could be fired alternately in pairs or individualy in rapid succession.[2] The Millennium Falcon, a modified YT-1300f light freighter owned by Han Solo, had two AG-2G quad laser cannons: one on the top of the ship, the other below.[1]
