The Quilan system was a star system that was located within the Roche sector, a part of the galaxy's Mid Rim region.[1] The system was the origin point of the Quilan Pyradex[2][3] artifacts, which were created[4] some time before the year 3639 BBY.[5] At least one Quilan Pyradex had come to rest on the planet Tatooine[2] by 85 BBY.[6]
Behind the scenes
The Quilan system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, written by Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace, which placed the system in grid square Q-8.[7]
