Quiyyen was an Anx Ambassador to the Galactic Republic during its last years.

Quiyyen was captured by General Grievous and taken to Vandos in an attempt to lure the Jedi Knights into a trap. Grievous succeeded, as Flynn Kybo and his master T'chooka D'oon came to Vandos to rescue the Ambassador. Though Quiyyen was successfully retrieved, T'chooka D'oon was killed in the assault.
