R'all was the twin brother of J'uoch and leader of a criminal mining outfit.

While searching for a data disk, which contained information on the treasure ship Queen of Ranroon, he, J'uoch, and their criminal band stole the Millennium Falcon from Han Solo on Dellalt. He was killed on Dellalt in 2 BBY when his ship was shot down by a blast from Han Solo's Kell Mark II.
