R'shinnos Sh'neel was a female M'shinn Senator who represented Genassa and the M'shinni sector in the Galactic Senate of the Republic during the Separatist Crisis. When Supreme Chancellor Palpatine attempted to negotiate directly with Dooku about diplomatic talks, Senator Sh'neel reacted cautiously and suspected that Palpatine had a hidden agenda which led to her death.
