R2-4B was an astromech droid used during the Galactic Civil War. Originally owned by Lorn Moonrunner, the droid was eventually confiscated by the Empire when it was found that its owner was in fact a former Imperial Major. Assigned to the Imperial garrison in Argona, the droid detonated a modified charge made to resemble a standard restraining bolt, destroying much of the garrison.
