R2-A5, nicknamed Ayfive, was a white-and-green R2-series astromech droid manufactured by Industrial Automaton.

Ayfive was programmed by the Galactic Empire for combat communications, and was used to acquire targeting data for Imperial starfighter pilots and gunnery systems. Ayfive was assigned to the stormtrooper squads searching for R2-D2 and C-3PO on Tatooine. [1]
