R5-F7 was the astromech droid for Lieutenant Lepira during the assault on the first Death Star at the Battle of Yavin.Some scavengers then found his body missing a right leg. they repaired him, sold him to Jawas, and finally resold to boba fett and was eventually blown up along with the Slave 1.

Behind the scenesEdit

This astromech was first identified when it was released as a Hasbro action figure as part of a 2007 Toys "R" Us exclusive. It was packaged with a BTL Y-wing starfighter that also included Lepira.

R5-F7 was made as a LEGO® minifigure in 2012,however, he was mistakenly positioned as Dutch Vander's astromech.
