The RD-4 grenade launcher,^[2] also known as the Radiation Launcher,^[3] was a type of heavy grenade launcher that was manufactured by Merr-Sonn Munitions, Inc. The launcher was configurable to fire grenades which exploded on contact or were on a timer.^[1] During the Clone Wars, the launcher was used by Confederacy of Independent Systems OOM pilot battle droids on various battlefields. A separate version configured to fire radiation grenades was used by IG-100 MagnaGuards.^[3]
