RK-7 was a B1 battle droid serving the Trade Federation during the Second Battle of Theed. It was the commander of ten other battle droids.

During the battle, Viceroy Nute Gunray assigned RK-7 and its troops to secure Gode Takrab's shuttle, to aid to Takrab's mission or, should it fail, to Gunray's further purposes. RK-7 did his best to stop the Naboo Resistance to take over the shuttle, even if RK-7 did not know the real details of the mission.
