In 1 ABY RTZ-60 was part of a darktrooper unit that escorted Lord Vader from his personal shuttle to a statue of Emperor Palpatine installed in front of the Theed Royal Palace on Naboo during that year's Empire Day celebrations.

RTZ-60 was a Non-Player Character (NPC) in the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies. He made appearances during the Empire Day live events of 2008 and 2009.
