Rafa IV was a planet of ice in the Rafa system of the Centrality, located in the Outer Rim Territories. It was a colony world of the Sharu species. The planet was surrounded by debris that may well have been one of their early attempts at space travel.

Before the Sharu uprising in 4 BBY, its main city Teguta Lusat was the capital of the Rafa system. Rafa IV was governed by Duttes Mer, colonial governor of the Rafa.^[1]
