The Raid of Gyndine took place in 40 ABY during the Second Galactic Civil War. The Confederation sent a Bothan task force in order to further incapacitate the Galactic Alliance's supply of warships. Immediately after dropping out of hyperspace a small detachment of the task force attacked the Millennium Falcon, but after suffering numerous casualties, returned to assaulting the shipyards.
