Rajine was an energy vampire who had the ability to drain life force from a victim.

She was imprisoned on a remote planet by the Jedi Samuro. Samuro's force power kept her within the confines of her castle for hundreds of years.
Mace Windu arrived at the countess' supposedly uninhabited region in search of Alpha-2 Squad whose last transmission had come from that location. He found the Rajine dwellings and was greeted by Z-18, who took the Jedi to see the missing clone troopers who had been converted into a "zombie" state.
Rajine started to drain the life force from Mace. However, Z-18 helped Mace escape his bonds and revealed he had previously been the servant of the Jedi Samuro. The droid gave him a Holocron and said that Samuro told him that another Jedi would know what to do.
When Rajine confronted Mace, he activated the Holocron and an image of Samuro who revealed that the life forces of the countesses victims were also trapped and that with another Jedi to speak the "words of banishment" the lost would be awakened. Mace and the hologram of Samuro recited the words; Rajine's victims were freed and fell upon their former mistress, burying her under their mass and killing her.
