These defense droids were battle droids employed to guard the Rakatan temple on Honoghr.

It is likely that these droids were of Rakatan design, left in the temple prior to the collapse of the Infinite Empire, and later used by the native Noghri. Aayla Secura and Quinlan Vos destroyed several temple defense droids during the Battle of Honoghr.
