Rakazzak beasts were three-meter tall arachnids from the Forest Moon of Endor.

CharacteristicsEdit

They were carnivorous and spun webs to trap prey. They were also known to actively hunt by rearing back on their back legs and using their forelegs to trap prey. They were often preyed upon by condor dragons. Their long legs gave them exceptional speed and kept their riders out of range of attacks from the ground.

The creatures were similar to the rearing spiders, and the two species may in fact have been the same.

HistoryEdit

Morag captured two of the beasts and used them to hold an infant phlog. Some Yuzzums used domesticated rakazzak beasts as mounts.
