Rakikta was a Wookiee security controller in the city of Cjaalsyce'I on Socorro. He was known as a perfectionist and was never lax on the rules when dealing with spacers.

Rakikta, whose name meant "strongarm," had six brothers, the eldest of which was Kuykenda.
