Rallo was the leader of a Rebel cell on the Corellian moon of Gus Talon.

Living incognito as a local mechanic store owner, Rallo and his daughter Mala were firm supporters of the Rebel Alliance and smuggled goods to the fledging Rebellion. When the biased Imperial lieutenant Turrant tried to arrest Rallo and his group without cause, a battle soon ensued. The young officer surviving Rallo's defense immediately called for reinforcements; unexpectedly, they arrived in the form of TIE bombers which totally annihilated the small town and its population.
