Rame Cartroll was a male human. He genuinely believed that the Galactic Senate was corrupt and he joined the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. He became a Lieutenant in the Confederate Navy and served as second officer aboard a CR90 corvette. However, it was attacked while in the Ando system. Cartroll was one of the few survivors and he was captured by Strike Force Cularin.
