The Cabinet was a central organ of the Rebel Alliance Civil Government consisting of the heads of its ministries.

Cabinet members were responsible for converting Chief of State Mon Mothma's policy decisions into realized action items. Its membership included the Ministers of Finance, Education, State, Industry, Supply, and War, and the Secretary of the Cabinet. The Cabinet most likely was the predecessor of the General Ministry, meaning that it continued into the days of the Alliance of Free Planets and the early days of the New Republic.
